Medication Administration – Category 1 Initial

This free two day class fulfills the requirements for Medication Administration Certification Category 1. The class runs 9:00 am – 5:30 pm each day.
Affidavit: After registering, complete the Employer Affidavit and email to info@academy4dsp at least 4 business days before class. Click here for the affidavit.
ID: Independent Providers must present driver’s license and a copy of high school diploma (or GED or higher) to trainer.
Lunch: Lunch is not included. Due to time restraints we encourage you to pack a lunch.
Registration Deadline: Four (4) business days before the class, or when class is full
Cost: Free! Priority seating for Mercer County providers.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received by email at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged $50.00 for the class. Thank you for your understanding of our policy.
Speaker: Sandra Justice, RN, is a Certified Trainer for State of Ohio with over 20 years of experience in the DODD field. She is a past Director of Nursing, delegating nurse with responsibility for oversight of nursing delegation in 33 counties in Ohio. Sandy is the President of the Western Chapter of the Developmental Disabilities Nurse Association, and is also a certified American Red Cross First Aid/ CPR instructor.
