CPR and First Aid

September 15, 2022 @ 10:30 am - 4:00 pm

Participants will get a card stating the successful completion of course curriculum in CPR and/or First Aid valid for two years through the American Red Cross.  This meets the required standard for Provider Certification through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.  CPR training includes the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Fee:  FREE !  Priority seating for Mercer County providers
 
Speaker: Tim Vogel is the Work Services Coordinator for the Clermont County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Tim has worked in the field of developmental disabilities in various capacities since 1984, in both in the county and state systems. He has provided training on a number of topics including crisis intervention, trauma, self-care, emotional intelligence, disability awareness, and assistive technology, and has developed several county and state crisis intervention programs.
 

Continuing Education:  Eight hours of Ohio DODD Continuing Professional Development units are available.

Lunch:  Lunch is not included.  Due to time restraints we encourage you to pack a lunch to eat on site.

Registration Deadline:  Two business days before the class, or when class is full.
