Medication Administration Category 2 Initial

This free class fulfills all requirements for Medication Administration Certification Category 2 (G/J Tube) certification. Attendees that have their certificates through this class will need to have their own delegating nurse in their work environment. The RN Trainer does not provide this work environment oversight.

Affidavit/Application:  After registering, email Employer Affidavit (for Agency and Independent Providers) to [email protected] at least 4 business days before class.  Click here for the affidavit.

Registration Deadline:  Four business days before the class, or when class is full

Cost:  Free!  Priority seating for Miami County providers.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received by email at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged $25.00 for the class.  Thank you for your understanding of our policy.

Speaker:  Sandra Justice, RN, is a Certified Trainer for State of Ohio with over 20 years of experience in the DODD field. She is a past Director of Nursing, delegating nurse with responsibility for oversight of nursing delegation in 33 counties in Ohio.  Sandy is the President of the Western Chapter of the Developmental Disabilities Nurse Association, and is also a certified American Red Cross First Aid/ CPR instructor.
