  • Interpreter Service

The provider follows the Individual Service Plan (ISP) written by the county board, which outlines the services needed, taking into consideration the individual's interests, abilities, and needs.

WestCON facilitates interviews with Providers and Provider Agencies for individuals needing Supported Living. The interviews are directed by the individuals' choice and determination.
